Ziyun (Demi) Chen, CPA joined BFJ Financial Group in January 2019 as a Staff Accountant. As a key member of the tax team, Demi supports the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns, conducts in-depth tax research, and provides accounting and bookkeeping assistance, along with other financial services as needed.
Demi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, where she served as President of the International Student Organization and was a student representative with Auburn Global. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Accountancy at the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating in December 2018. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Outside of work, Demi enjoys traveling, camping, playing badminton, and swimming.
